I forgot my user name and/or password. What do I do?
For Members:
Go to the Forgot User Name and/or Change Password page. You will be asked for your OxfordFlex ID number, Social Security number, and date of birth. Once this information is submitted, you will be given the options to change your password or continue to the log in page.
For Employers:
Call OBM's Technical Support at 800-790-3249, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I tried to create a user name and password. Why doesn't it work?
For Members:
Your user name must be 5-10 characters, and your password must be 6-10 characters and include at least one numeric character. Please note that the password field is case-sensitive (i.e., it recognizes a difference between capital letters and lower-case letters).
For Employers:
You should have received your user name and password in your welcome kit. Please use that user name and password to log in to your account. If you did not receive this information, please call 800-790-3249.
How can I change my user name or password online
For Members and Employers, Once you've logged in, select "Change User Name" or "Change password" at the lower portion of your screen. Please select a user name that has 5-10 characters or password that has 6-10 characters and at least one number.
